Terms of Service — WorkMatch HQ

1. Nature of Platform

WorkMatch HQ is a technology platform that enables clients and professionals to connect. We do not provide services, employ professionals, or process payments between users. All payments made on the platform are for access, connection, and platform functionality only.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using WorkMatch HQ, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are solely responsible for their agreements, communications, deliverables, and any payments exchanged outside of WorkMatch HQ. WorkMatch HQ is not a party to any agreement between clients and professionals.

4. Payments

Payments on the platform are processed securely by Paddle. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Platform charges are for access to features such as unlocking communication or securing a job.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

WorkMatch HQ and Clearer Thought LLC are not liable for the conduct of users or for any damages arising from interactions between clients and professionals.
